Important Update: Health Units Merging

Starting January 1, 2025, the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit and Peterborough Public Health will become one health unit. Our temporary legal name will be Haliburton Kawartha Northumberland Peterborough Health Unit.

We are working on a new name and logo, which will take some time. Until then, you may see our old name HKPR District Health Unit or the temporary legal name on documents and materials.

You can continue to contact your local health office as usual. Phone numbers, emails, and locations will stay the same for now. If you have any questions, please contact us.
